            from you.

     D. R1 and R2 grasp L2f,
          and lift this string and
          her continuation
          over L1 and L2.

     E. L1 and L2 grasp R2f
           and lift this string and
           her continuation, over
           the loop grasping by
           R1 and R2.

           The grasped loops slip
           on 1.

          You have one loop on 1
           and a 1-5 loop.

     F.   2, pick up 1f.
           Press 1 against 2n, while
           you turn the palms away
           from you.

     G. Repeat D-F twice.
           Extend well, each time.
 

     H. For undo make again
           D-F three times.
           But you need to take
           first R2f and her
           continuation.
