entre G4 et G5.
R1 and R2 catch L5f, pass it round the n side
of L1, then between L1 and L2, and
between L4 and L5.

C. Répéter avec la main G.
Vous avez trois ficelles palmaires.
Repete with the L hand.
You have three palmar strings.

D. Faire le Premier Berceau avec 3
en prenant la ficelle palmaire la plus basse.
Do Opening A with 3, catching the lowest
palmar string.

E. Libérer 1² et étendre.
Release 1² and extend.

F. 1 passe au-dessus de 3v, sous 3l et 5²v,
et prend par en-bas 5²l.
1 passes above 3n, below 3f and 5²n,
and picks up 5²f.

G. Libérer 3.
Release 3.
