A. Mettre la ficelle en boucle autour des pieds.
La main G entre entre les deux pieds et saisit
la ficelle inférieure en passant sous la
ficelle supérieure.
Put the loop around the feet.
The L hand enters between the both feet and
catches the lower string, passing below the
upper string.
B. La main D saisit la ficelle supérieure et la fait
passer devant l'orteil D1, puis entre l'orteil D1
et l'orteil D2.
The R hand catches the upper string and passes
it in front of the R1 big toe, then between the
R1 big toe and the R2 toe.
C. Puis la main D fait passer cette ficelle supérieure
derrière l'orteil G1, et enfin entre
l'orteil G1 et l'orteil G2.
Libérer la main D.
Then the R hand passes this upper string
behind the L1 big toe, and between
the L1 big toe and the L2 toe.
Release the R hand.
D. On peut aussi faire plus simplement les pas B-C:
faire une boucle verticale en pivotant la
ficelle supérieure une moitié de tour dans
le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
Puis, introduire les orteils 1 du côté l.
A simpler way:
make an upright loop by twisting the upper string
clockwise half a turn.
Then introduce the big toes from the f side.
E. Libérer la main G.
G3 agrippe par en-haut la
ficelle v de l'orteil G1.
D2 agrippe par en-haut la
ficelle v de l'orteil D1.
G2 accroche par "en-haut" D2.
Release the L hand.
L3 hook down the n string of the L big toe.
R2 hook down the n string of the R big toe.
L2 removes from "above" R2.
F. D2 entre par en-haut au centre de la figure,
saisit la ficelle qui passe
sous les pieds, la fait passer derrière les orteils 1 et
la met sur les orteils 1.
R2 enters from above in the center of the figure,
catches the string passing below the feet,
passes it behind the big toes and put it on the big toes.
G. La main D saisit la ficelle qui passe
sous les orteils 2345 et
la met sur les orteils 1
sans la pivoter.

H. Navajo les orteils 1.
