        and a long hanging loop,

   C. La main D saisit la boucle
        pendante et fait passer la
        ficelle l entre G2 et G3, et
        la ficelle v entre G4 et G5.
 
       The R hand catches the
        hanging loop and passes
        the f string, between
        L2 and L3, and the n string
        between L4 and L5.

   D. La main D fait passer
        la boucle derrière G1.
        La ficelle l doit être la
        ficelle supérieure.

       The R hand passes the loop
        behind L1.

   E. La main D fait passer la
        ficelle supérieure entre
        G2 et G3, et la ficelle
        inférieure entre G4 et G5.

   F. La main D fait passer la
        ficelle l entre G1 et G2.

        Libérer G1.
        La main D fait passer ces
        boucles entre G2 et G3.

       The R hand catches the
        both L1's loops.
        Release L1.
        The R hand passes these
        loops between L2 and L3.

         derrière MG.
