A. Mettre la ficelle en boucle sur 4.
Put your loop on 4.
B. La main D saisit les ficelles G4, et les
fait passer, en passant devant la paume G,
entre G1 et G2, puis derrière la main G.
Libérer la main D.
The R hand catches the L4 strings and passes
them, passing in front of the L hand, between
L1 and L2, then behind the L hand.
Release the R hand.
C. D5 prend par en-bas la ficelle palmaire G.
R5 picks up the L palmar string.
D. D2 prend par en-bas D4v et l.
R2 picks up R4n and f.
E. G5, passe au-dessus des ficelles intermédiaires
et accroche par en-haut D2.
L5 passes above the intermediate strings, and
removes from above R2.
F. Faire passer par-dessus la main G, les
ficelles dorsales G.
Etendre.
Un noeud apparait au centre de la figure.
Lift the L dorsal strings over the L hand.
Extend.
G. Taper dans vos mains et libérer 5.
Clap your hands and release 5.
