            and, pick up the R palmar string.

       D. 1 remove from below 2, then 5.
            The loops need to stay separated.

       E. 5 pick up lower 1f.
            5 hook down upper 1f².

       F. 2 and 3 pass between lower 2n².
           Twisting of the forefinger:
           2 pass above upper 2n,
           3 is below.
           2 and 3 pass upper2n
           through lower 2n².
           The string wind around of 2.
           Release upper 1².
     

           If you release entirely 1,
           and if you do the H. step
           you will get a mountain with a nest.

       G. R Katilluik:
              R1 remove, from below, L1.
           L1, from below, enter into
           the L1 two loops and return...
           1 pick up 2n.
           Navaho 1
           (pass the lower double loop
           over the upper simple loop,
           and release it)...
           Release the 2 loop.

            You have a loop on 1.
             5 hook down two loops
             on the palm.

      H. 5 move back to take the string
           crossing his loops.
