    A. Do Jacob's Ladder.

     B. Reposition the hands so that the
          palms are facing each other.
         

     C. You have two central diamonds.
           On each side of those, there are
           two little triangles.
 
      D. Introduce 4 into the upper triangle
           and  5 into the lower triangle

      E. Release 1 and 2  and extend.

      F. R4 removes from above L4. 
          R5 removes from above L5.

    G. Turn R hand palm toward you.

     H. L2345 remove from below,
          toward you, R4 double.

      I. R2345 enter from below,
          toward you, into R5 double.

      J. Rotate the palms up and down 
          The giant chewed peacefully.
