     B. MD passe sous les
          ficelles v et saisit les
          ficelles l.

     C. Pivoter MD loin de vous.
          Les ficelles du poignet Gv
          et les ficelles de MDl
          forment une boucle
          pendante.

     D. MG passe vers vous à
          travers la boucle que
          tient MD.
          Libérer MD.

     E. MD saisit les ficelles
          dorsales du poignet G et
          les tire vers le haut.

          Enfin libre!

     Very long double string
 

     A. Put the double loop
          on the L wrist.

     B. RH passes below all the
          n strings
          and catches the f strings.

     C. Rotate RH away from you.
          The Ln strings of the wrist
          and the RHf strings form
          a hanging loop.

     D. LH passes toward you
          through the loop that
          hold RH.
          Release RH.

     E. RH catches the dorsals
          strings of the L wrist,
          and draw them up

          Free at last!

           into R5.
 

     H.  L1 and L2 release the R1f et
           R5n strings.
